• Personal Identity: Your First Name and Last Name.
• Account Details: Your Email Address and credentials to register your profile.
• Support Logs: Email, Transaction UTR codes, Support messages, and payment reference numbers for Buy Me a Coffee approvals.

2. How We Use Information

We use your details to power secure site experiences:

• To maintain and display your personalized member profile across current and future tools.
• To verify support submissions, approve UPI coffee contributions, and add public names to the Wall of Hearts.
• To secure the administrator interface and verify account access rules.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We believe in complete user ownership of data:

You are free to edit your profile name at any time. If you decide to close your account, you can click the "Delete Account" button in the Profile Settings panel. This will immediately and permanently delete your profile details, user documents, and credentials from our databases. This action is irreversible.

4. Security and Storage

We utilize Google Firebase services (Firebase Authentication & Cloud Firestore) to handle profile storage, user account records, and database security. Firebase implements industry-standard safety practices to encrypt credentials and prevent unauthorized read/write access.
